I normally use hunters mark in PvP to show others that I have seen them and to shy them away. For 1vs1 situations I do not use it, it costs to much time and it puts me into the target of the opponent which gives him a clue from where the attack will come. The surprise factor is more important than the 100 RAP I get from the Mark from my point of view. But e.g. in arathi basin when defending a base, from time to time a single player comes near your base. if you left click growl it will use the talent, which will put it in combat. However if you right click growl, it will be put on autocast and will be used the next time your pet attacks something. I believe this is how it works for me. maybe you're left clicking? clicking passive should always bring your pet back to you. I'll be testing this tonight and will repost to say how it went. To clarify, is your pet in combat when you turn growl on, or is this before a fight starts and your pet is beside you? if the latter, try turning growl on without targeting anything. OK I hope this is not a noob question but best ple to get an answer. If I pop a trinket and say it adds 120 spell DPS for 15 ss If i then knk out all my dots with in this time do I get added DPS the duration of the trinket or the duration of the dot. And if so does this mean Ian pop a trinket pop amplifyurse then hiturse of doom to get a bigger hit on that when it goes off 1 min after. or Should i knk out all the dots then hit trinket and use SB to get the most out of that. Maybe you should stop telling him how and what to do and let him play the game. Honestly, even though you may see it as the best of intentions for both of you, he may not see it that way. One of two things will be the ouome of sh situations. Either he swihes to your way, dislikes his lk of DPS he is putting out and doesn't like going pure tank and gets fed up and quites playing. Or, he dides to stk with the route he is going, you get frustrated that he isn'thanging to how you want him to be and you quite. You'll be pking up arossbow when doing a quest fromenarion Expedition in Hellfire Peninsula. It's a Night Elf gathering near the main road eastwards towards Zangarmarsh. Ian't remember the ext questlines, but I think you have to do a few quests from them before you get therossbow. Do get yourself to Revered withE while leveling though, for Headpie ehant. You also get a bow from Honor Hold. There is a tower right outside of it that has a few quest Ns. I did the quest a few days ago on my warlk. The official patch notes for WotLK Beta have been updated, and Wryxian bolded/underlined the new additions which are displayed below:Racial Abilities Arcane Torrent (Blood Elf) global cooldown removed. Death Knights Death Knight spells that cost runes will now display the rune cooldowns on the spell buttons. Mages Arcane Blast effect duration reduced to 3 seconds, and now increases damage by 15/30/45% instead of reducing cast time. Arcane Impact renamed Spell Impact and now affects Blast Wave, Fire Blast, Cone of Cold, and Ice Lance. Arcane Potency now applies when Presence of Mind is active, talent prerequisite changed to Presence of Mind. Conjured mana gems no longer disappear from your backpack after being logged out for more than 15 minutes. Higher ranks of Conjure Mana Gem will recharge an existing mana gem to maximum charges. Empowered Arcane Missiles renamed Arcane Empowerment and no longer increases mana cost. It now also increases damage caused by Arcane Blast. Improved Blink now also reduces mana cost by 25/50%.
